The AthletiCo Sports Performance Center understands that education and other responsibilities come first. The Performance Enhancement Membership now allows young athletes the opportunity receive training on a schedule that is flexible to fit their extra-curricular demands.
AthletiCo believes that the development of a young athlete takes time. In a scheduled, group training format, young athletes can now receive year-round, LTAD (Long-Term Athletic Development) training with a Performance Enhancement Specialist. |

One-on-one customized training emphasizing strength training, SAQ development and a home exercise program designed for the athlete to continue on the off day of training. Also includes Performance Profile. |

Athletes will be broken down into 2 groups based on their age: Athletes 12 – 14 years old and athletes 15 years old and up. Athletes from any sport or any team or club can register. Program includes general strength, power, conditioning, speed development, coordination and dynamic flexibility. Training now starts to imitate actions that occur during competition.

consists of 30 minutes of strength training and 30
minutes of speed training |

| Program focuses on the acquisition on gross motor skills and movement patterns. Emphasis is on multilateral development by teaching a wide variety of skills to positively reinforce the athlete’s skill development. Training consists of general strength exercises with an emphasis on body weight, conditioning, speed and agility development, flexibility, coordination, balance and gross motor skills. All athletes are welcome. |
8 sixty-minute performance
sessions. Each session
consists of 30 minutes of body weight training and 30
minutes of Speed, Agility and Quickness (SAQ) drills. |

Teams consist of same-sport athletes from the same organization. Training includes:
- Performance Profile scheduled prior to the start of all sessions. Instructor to athletes ratio determined by number of athletes in program.
- Educate athletes on using the weight room as part of their program and educate them on correct form and technique. No education for speed-only registrants.

60-minute performance sessions. Number of sessions and frequency will be determined by administrators and coaches to fit their needs. Teams can determine which type of programming they wish to register for. |

Open sessions can be offered as a third day of training for the youth camps or simply offered for those who cannot commit to our membership program or team training programs. Open sessions are structured the exact same way as our normal programming. |

60-minute Speed and Agility Development training session. No strength training offered in this session. |
